This highly interactive approach to story-telling, understanding and
empathy-building combines a telling of American history from the perspectives
of different groups of Americans with personal stories from the audience
so participants make our Nation's history, their history.

can be presented in as little as two hours including questions and answers,
or as long as two days with time set aside for small group research and
report-outs.

Results include a better understanding of the paths to full citizenship
from the perspectives of different groups, the rationale for regulations
like Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action and the principles
and values that bind us all together as Americans.

True accountability for diversity and inclusion initiatives like improved
