Lewis has more than 30 years of experience as an organization
development consultant, human resources executive, clinical
psychologist and operating manager.
A
dynamic public speaker, master facilitator and provocative
writer, she helps organizations create ASPIRATION-DRIVEN
BUSINESS STRATEGIES™. Sharon’s expertise also
includes strategic planning, organization design, team building
and culture alignment, with special expertise in issues of
diversity and inclusion.
She
has served as an executive at a $15B division of of Ford Motor
Credit Company, The Tennessean operating unit of Gannett, Blue
Cross Blue Shield of Connecticut, and The New Haven Register &
Journal-Courier.
She
earned a Masters degree in clinical psychology from the
University of Alabama in 1975, and a certificate in Organization
Development from the University of California-Irvine in 1983.
